Every year Alberti e Santi confirms its commitment to protecting and safeguarding the environment:

During 2019, Alberti e Santi achieved important results by implementing strategies aimed at reducing CO2 emissions both at the level of road transport and by implementing the use of intermodal service as a form of transport.
The enhancement of the intermodal service by purchasing several new swap bodies (56 only 2019) has led to a 70% reduction in CO2 emissions.
PEOPLE
Alberti e Santi promotes a work culture developed towards multiculturalism. The average age of the workforce is under 40.
The prospects and career opportunities in the company are the same for both men and women.
Alberti e Santi promotes the introduction of young students into the world of work, engaging in internships and apprenticeship contracts.
SOCIETY
Alberti e Santi is involved in humanitarian projects and collaborates with national and local charities and research organisations.
The latest project supported by Alberti e Santi, in collaboration with the ETS Social Projects Committee, is aimed at promoting the prevention of breast cancer.
Alberti e Santi, by joining the ”Health in Common” project, supports medical staff specialized in conducting breast examinations on board Mobile Clinics.
Sustainability Report 2022
This year the Sustainability Report takes on an increasingly significant meaning for Alberti e Santi.
This Sustainability Report represents a document aimed at marking the founding values on which Alberti e Santi imprints its operations: transparency, attention to people’s well-being, as well as the pursuit of sustainability and maximum efficiency of the services provided. In particular, the Sustainability Report collects data referring to the year 2022 and describes our company with reference to the three ESG pillars for measuring the scope of corporate sustainability: Enviromental , Social and Governance.
The reporting of the Sustainability Report complied with the principles and guidelines of the GRI Standards, which enabled the identification and measurement of Alberti and Santi’s contribution to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
CODE OF ETHICS
The Alberti e Santi Code of Ethics and Conduct represent the company’s values and outlines the rights and duties that all employees and collaborators must adhere to in their daily actions.
The document is part of a broader project of sustainable business management, reporting and alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as well as the consolidation of an internal structure in charge of sustainability governance.
To ensure compliance with the principles enshrined in the Code and in accordance with the requirements of Legislative Decree 23/2023, Alberti e Santi makes available to its employees and collaborators the “My Whistleblowing” platform for sending reports concerning violations of the Code, the law or regulations.
