Alberti e Santi proudly renews its role as sponsor of the DKB Darwin Knew Basketball event, an all-round event that recorded record numbers last weekend on 4-5-6-7 July 2024 in Piazzale Darwin in Fiorenzuola d’Arda.

From Thursday to Sunday many different activities took place, starting with the 3×3 Streetball Tournaments (Olympic sport from 2020) of the Under 15, Under 17 Women’s, and Under 19 categories, passing through the Ragass Stramlòn games held on the first day of the event with over 250 children and young people on the Piazzale.

Friday was the time for the Stramlòn recreational sports Palio, with 32 teams of 15 players each taking part, in which Alberti e Santi participated with their team.

There was a great spectacle starting on Saturday, with professionals and amateurs animating the playground with over 400 participants from morning to night, leading up to the now famous DKB Dunk Contest, the most important dunk contest in Europe, where some of the world’s best pro dunkers challenged each other in front of a totally sold-out square.

In the finals held on Sunday, Alberti e Santi was also pleased to see how the women’s DKB 3×3 Team, of which A&S is a sponsor, took first place by beating the Spanish girls from Getafe in the semifinals and the strong Milan team in the final.
