The Academy section brings together all the activities we carry out together with young people from secondary schools, colleges, universities and training institutions
with the aim of bringing the world of transport and logistics to young people. The future of our economy is in their hands, which is why we are at the forefront in supporting and investing in projects in which they are the protagonists.
FORPIN – Training organisation
Forpin, the training school of Confindustria Piacenza, is a permanent organisation of professionals able to design, develop and fine-tune training courses and consultancy projects for young people and job seekers.
Every year Alberti e Santi collaborates with Forpin in the implementation of training projects for its staff with internship and apprenticeship contracts.
ITS Piacenza Foundation
Alberti e Santi is one of the 22 members of the ITS Foundation of Piacenza for Sustainable Mobility and Logistics, whose main purpose is the promotion and dissemination of technical and scientific culture starting from the integration of education, training and employment systems.
In collaboration with ITS Foundation Alberti and Santi, it has implemented alternating school-work schemes both in Italy and in its foreign branches.
The latest training project was carried out at the Alberti e Santi HU headquarters, with a 320-hour internship.
Berenini Institute
In recent years Alberti e Santi has collaborated on an ongoing basis with the Berenini Institute of Higher Secondary Education in Fidenza (PR),
A&S has been collaborating for years with the Fidenza institute with which it has established a synergy for the training of young people in the area with alternating school-work programmes.
Mattei Institute
Alberti e Santi has always been close to local schools. It has been collaborating for years with the Mattei Institute, with which it has established a synergy for the training of young people in the area with alternating school-work programmes.
With a view to Brexit, Alberti e Santi has also actively participated in several web meetings with students. Working for decades with the United Kingdom, the A&S management explained the evolution taking place with the Brexit, evaluating opportunities and threats also according to the territorial perspective.
Catholic University
Alberti e Santi collaborates with Università Cattolica – Piacenza Branch, participating since 2016 in the Career Day event, where students and graduates of all faculties and degree courses from any Italian university can meet recruiters and company managers free of charge, personally presenting their applications in a day of interviews, presentations and classroom activities.
A&S also implements school-to-work projects at university level for the training of freshmen at the Piacenza Campus.
